How to find us
From the North
Take Junction 27 off the M5 towards Tiverton.
Follow the A361 (North Devon Link Road) towards Barnstaple.
Look for the B3226 turn-off near Rose Ash (signposted “Rose Ash/Ash Mill/Bishops Nympton”)
Turn left at brown sign for Ash Moor Nursery.
At Gidley Cross (crossroads) continue straight over to Chulmleigh
Continue on this lane until it becomes East Street as you pass the Red Lion pub on your right, turn left into Fore Street
Keep left at the mini island/lamp, the gates to The Lost Manor will come into sight now ahead of you.
Drive up close to the gates and they will automatically open, keep straight ahead on the drive until you reach the parking area by the house.
From the South
Take the A30 to Exeter, then join the A377 towards Crediton and Barnstaple.
Continue on the A377, passing through Eggesford.
Continue past Eggesford Train Station, for a further 2 miles
Take the right-hand turn at Leigh Cross signposted “Chulmleigh” and follow the road up into the village.
When you reach the centre with the Red Lion pub infront of you turn right into Fore Street
Keep left at the mini island/lamp, the gates to The Lost Manor will come into sight now ahead of you.
Drive up close to the gates and they will automatically open, keep straight ahead on the drive until you reach the parking area by the house.
