For weekly lets the changeover day is Friday during school holidays and peak periods. For many of our properties you can choose a break of any duration. If the dates you would like to check-in or depart are not listed but the property is not booked do ask.

Departure time is 9:30am, arrival time from 4pm.

We are happy to define an infant as any child sleeping in a cot, no matter what age they are.

Linen and towels for use in the Lost Manor and pool are provided – however beach towels are not.

We can provide 3 travel cots and 3 highchairs in the Lost Manor. Please bring your own cot bedding. Please book these on the booking form they are complimentary.

Only guests listed on the booking form can stay or use the facilities at the Lost Manor.

Linen and towels will only be provided for those guests listed on the booking form. No more than the maximum number of persons stated (plus cot/s) on the web site may occupy the property. This is important because we have a septic tank system too many people on site put too much pressure on these systems.

No smoking is allowed in any of our properties

Payment of the deposit is to be made by bank transfer, cheque or card upon confirmation of booking. The balance is payable by bank transfer or card 8 weeks prior to arrival. Our payment preference is Bank transfer for both parts and transfer details will be provided upon receipt of your booking if you select that option when placing your booking.

Damages

Please inform us of all damages before you leave. The booking member of the group booking is responsible for payment of all damages. We will not charge for broken glasses etc but it is useful for us to know so we can replace. Furniture must not be moved from its original position.

Provisions

The major supermarkets deliver to the Lost Manor. We provide washing up liquid, dishwasher tabs, kitchen roll, foil, cling film, salt & pepper and tea. We provide refillable hand soaps and two toilet rolls per bathroom. The kitchens are well equipped to cater for the number in your property.
