Planning a stay at The Lost Manor? Here are answers to common questions about our accommodation, facilities and booking arrangements.

There are two booking configurations: six bedrooms sleeping up to 12 guests, or ten bedrooms sleeping up to 20 guests. In the six-bedroom option the four second-floor bedrooms and catering kitchen are not included. See Accommodation.
The manor and guest facilities are for the private use of your group. The owners live separately on site, and staff may attend to essential maintenance of the grounds and pool.
Yes. The swimming pool is heated using solar power, generally from the end of May until the end of August, depending on the weather. See Facilities for more information.
Facilities include an outdoor pool, tennis court, indoor sauna, gym, yoga and dance studio, snooker room, croquet lawn and private grounds. See the full Facilities page.
Well-behaved dogs may stay subject to the Dog Policy. The published charge is £50 per dog per stay. Please read the conditions before booking.
Arrival is normally from 4pm and departure is by 9.30am. Please refer to your booking confirmation and our Booking Information page.
The Availability page currently states that a 20% deposit is required when booking, with the remaining balance payable eight weeks before arrival. Please check the booking conditions when reserving.
Yes. Linen and towels for use in the manor and swimming pool are included. Beach towels are not provided. See our Booking Information.
The manor can provide up to three complimentary travel cots and three highchairs. Request them when booking and bring your own cot bedding.
